Australia's fastest growing real estate franchise is set to save Adelaide residents thousands of dollars with the opening of the new office in Brighton.

Chief executive officer Mr Geoff Doyle said the success of the network had seen Go Gecko sell in excess of 3000 homes and save property sellers more than $22 million since establishing five years ago.
